Introduction

PBK Association of Maine Mission Statement

Committed to the spirit of liberal learning in an epoch of unprecedented change, the Phi Beta Kappa Association of Maine unites members in Maine to foster collegiality and fellowship, to promote the liberal arts as essential to the flourishing of a free society, and to encourage high school and college students in the State of Maine to pursue academic excellence. Every member of Phi Beta Kappa residing in State of Maine is eligible for membership in this association.

The PBK Association of Maine was granted Chartered Status in June 2003 by the PBK Society.
